Your GDPR rights

The General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) and LOPDGDD (Spain) grant you these rights:
Access (art. 15)
You can obtain a copy of all your personal data in JSON format. We process the request in under 30 seconds from your privacy panel.
Rectification (art. 16)
You can correct inaccurate data directly in your profile or request rectification of sensitive fields from your privacy panel.
Erasure / "right to be forgotten" (art. 17)
You can request account deletion. 30-day grace period to recover. After that: irreversible anonymization unless legal retention applies.
Portability (art. 20)
Your JSON export is directly reusable in other systems.
Restriction / objection (arts. 18 and 21)
You can request to restrict processing or object to legitimate-interest processing by emailing admin@2you.ai.
Complaint to authority
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
