By using AutomaticFlow you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service description

AutomaticFlow is a SaaS platform to deploy self-hosted apps, AI agents and knowledge bases. Operated by Ai2You.

2. Account and access

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. One account per natural person. Share access only via the team and roles system.

3. Free apps and pricing

Each organization gets 2 free apps with limited resources (1 vCPU, 2 GB RAM, 5 GB disk). Additional apps and AI tokens are charged at published prices, configurable and communicated 30 days in advance.

4. Acceptable use

Forbidden: spam, malware, illegal content, IP infringement, resource abuse, impersonation. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Availability

We target 99.5% uptime. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Scheduled maintenance is announced 48h in advance.

6. Limitation of liability

AutomaticFlow is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss caused by force majeure or improper use.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your panel. 30-day grace period to recover data. Pro-rata refund of unused credits.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Jurisdiction: courts of Valencia, Spain.
